The account executive position is responsible for successfully closing new customers and constantly improving the bottom line; that's right we want hunters. Your job will be explaining the Optimizely value proposition through demos, email, and phone calls.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, quick learners that people love to be around. They'll also fit this description:
- Hungry and eager to have a big impact on day one
- Experience with the complete sales cycle: lead gen, cold call & close
- Great presentation, verbal, and written skills
- Experience selling SaaS is a huge advantage
- Experience with Conversion Optimization and A/B tools is a huge advantage! (GWO, Test and Target, etc.)
- Team player mentality, you'll wear a few hats in a small company!
