• Skilled at PhP, HTML, CSS, Java, etc. All the standards for building websites (if you lack some skills, it’s OK, we have other resources, but the more skills, the more work we will have for you)
• You can build sites in WordPress (let us know if you work in Drupal too)
• You can code up design, and hey! They still look like the designs!
• You complete your work on time, and on budget (if you need more budget or time, you communicate that before it’s an issue)
• Team player (this includes office camaraderie; working to achieve a happy client; and petting the office dogs from time to time)
• You like spontaneous jokes, baked goods, and creative ramblings in the background
